Sessions & Fees
Sessions are 50 minutes long and cost £65.
I usually work with clients on a weekly basis, as this helps to create consistency and supports the therapeutic process.
Sessions are available online, in person from my practice near Lyminge, or as walking therapy in nearby woodland.

Availability can change, so please feel free to get in touch to arrange a session.
Getting Started
I offer a free 20-minute introductory call, giving you the chance to ask any questions, get a sense of how I work, and decide whether it feels like the right fit.
There’s no pressure to continue – it’s simply a space for you to explore whether working together feels right for you.

Do I need to know what I want to talk about?
Not at all. Many people come to therapy without a clear starting point. We can begin with whatever feels most present for you.
How often are sessions?
Sessions are usually weekly, as this helps build a consistent and supportive space.
Are sessions confidential?
Yes. Everything you share is treated with care and confidentiality, in line with professional ethical guidelines.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes – I offer online, in-person, and walking therapy sessions.
What if it doesn’t feel like the right fit?
That’s completely okay. Finding the right therapist matters, and I will always support you in finding other options if needed.
How long will I need therapy for?
This varies from person to person. Some people come for a shorter period, while others work longer-term. We can discuss what feels right for you.
