About Chloe
A little more about me, my background, and how I came to this work.
My journey into Psychotherapy
I understand that choosing a therapist can feel like a big decision, and how important it is to feel comfortable, safe, and able to be yourself. My aim is to offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can explore what’s going on for you at your own pace.
I came to psychotherapy as a second career, after experiencing first-hand the transformative impact it can have. Earlier in my life, I worked as a civilian helicopter pilot, and during that time I experienced trauma which led me to seek therapy myself.
That experience gave me a deep appreciation for the process – not just professionally, but personally – and it was through this journey that I felt drawn towards training as a psychotherapist, with a genuine desire to support others in their own healing and self-understanding.
Training and qualifications
I hold a first-class honours degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of East London.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work in accordance with its ethical framework.
I am committed to ongoing professional development, ensuring that my work remains thoughtful, informed and grounded in best practice.

How I work
At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship.
I aim to create a space where you feel safe enough to explore both the visible and hidden parts of your experience, without judgement or pressure.
I believe that therapy is not about “fixing” you, but about helping you better understand yourself, process your experiences, and develop a more compassionate way of relating to yourself and your life.
I work both online and in person from a peaceful log cabin on the edge of Lyminge Woods – a private, natural setting that offers space away from the pressures of day-to-day life.
For those who prefer it, I also offer walking therapy in nearby woodland.
If this feels right for you
Finding the right therapist matters, and it’s important that the fit feels right for you.
I offer a free 20-minute, no-obligation introductory call so you can get a sense of me, ask any questions, and decide whether working together feels like the right next step.
